Chris Procaccio joined Doherty Enterprises during September 2015 as an MIT at the Howell Applebee’s. He came to Doherty Enterprises from Houlihan’s having served as General Manager for 10 years. Prior to his time at Houlihans, Chris was a KM with TGI Fridays. In 2016, Chris was promoted to AGM at our Manalapan location.
Chris possesses the unique talent of helping develop staff in both the FOH and BOH. He has developed key team members by building positive and professional relationships in a short period of time. Chris works tirelessly to implement plans into all areas of operations. Equipped with an exacting eye for detail and an unwavering expectation of WOWing every guest, Chris holds himself and his team accountable for all operational results. He has a passion for learning and pushing himself to be the best he can be.

Danielle joined the Doherty team in 2015 as a MIT at our East Northport Panera. After graduating MIT Danielle helped our Garden City Panera become a training café’. She then went on to work in our drive-thru location, Plainview, where she helped set the standard of WOW!
Throughout her time with Doherty, Danielle has proven to be a leader and is a true asset to our company. She is often called the cheerleader of Panera because she adamantly promotes Panera’s service within her community and to her customers. Danielle makes an effort to make each of her guests feel comfortable when they enter the doors of her Panera location.
Adaptable and hard-working, Danielle always leads her team by example. She is a take charge individual, motivator to her staff, and spec driven. Danielle demonstrates an unwavering commitment to product quality and holds her team to the same standard.

Eric joined the Doherty team in 2014 as a Manager at our Port Jefferson location.
In 2016, Eric was a key player in the successful rollout of Panera 2.0 in our North Babylon café. He has truly been a team player who is always willing to dive in and help out. Adaptable and hard-working, Eric always leads his team by example. He is a take charge individual, motivator to his staff, and spec driven. Eric is consistently looking to learn new skills and dedicates himself to following through on his own training and development.

Jason started as a server for the Apple-Gold Group in North Carolina during 1999. In 2007 he was promoted to management as a bar manager. He also served as the service manager for two years. Jason and his family moved to Naples, FL in September 2014 and joined the Doherty family.
After our revitalization in February of 2014 Jason was promoted to manager. A year later he was promoted to Senior Manager for his strong leadership and tremendous knowledge of our restaurant’s standards. Jason has consistently been one of the top performers in food cost measures and labor productivity in the Florida Georgia market.
Jason’s integrity shows through his consistency as a manager. He manages his team fairly and constructively and in return he is well respected. Jason is always looking to learn new skill and ways to help out.
He is a natural leader. He is a dependable, dedicated and consistent manager who has continued to WOW both his coworkers and his guests. Jason is also continuously proving he is a well-respected and valuable asset to our team.
