Anthony joined the Doherty team in 2017 as an MIT. He completed his training in Parsippany before joining the East Hanover team.
Anthony helped drive Gift results and was instrumental in improving server attentiveness, and lowering guest defection in our East Hanover Applebee’s. He then returned to Parsippany, where he took on the challenge of acting kitchen manager in a training restaurant. Anthony’s strong work ethic, positive management style, and analytical thinking, have helped improve operational standards and bottom line profit.
Anthony takes personal ownership in all aspects of our business, and pushes himself to exceed expectations in all areas. He has a great future with Doherty, and will continue to grow and develop within our organization.
