Daniel joined the Doherty team in March of 2014 as an Assistant Kitchen Manager in our Westbury Applebee’s.
Daniel has a positive attitude and is great at managing relationships and developing staff. He understands our “WOW” culture and has a true passion for hospitality and service. Daniel has complete understanding of the inventory process and is always organized and accurate. He was major player in getting Bellmore’s BOH cost under control. Additionally, Daniel is fluent in both BOH and FOH operations. He is also very good at identifying issues and putting an action plan into place to correct them.
