Neil joined the Doherty team in October of 2016 as an Assistant General Manager for the Applebee’s Florida market. He had previously worked at Apple Metro in New York.

Neil has helped out on the West Coast and Jacksonville markets on multiple occasions when they were short managers. He has also helped out the East Coast market as needed. Neil is a great team leader and excels at developing his staff. He always promotes a WOW environment for guests and the team.
