Rukaya started her career with Doherty in 2011 as an Associate in Panera North Babylon. She became an Associate Trainer then a key member and finally a Zone Leader in 2016. Rukaya served as a Pro Team Trainer for several new cafe openings and was promoted to Shift Supervisor in March of 2017. She really excelled in leadership roles, especially at Panera Massapequa.

Rukaya has a consistently calm, poised demeanor which helps set the tone in the cafe. She has served a crucial role in helping to develop several Shift Supervisors. Rukaya’s presence and maturity help to keep the entire cafe pointed in the right direction and consistently reaching company goals.
