EJ joined the Doherty team in February 2019 as a Manager in Training. He has previously worked at Duffy’s Sports Bar. Upon graduating, EJ worked at a few different locations, but landed at Applebee’s Royal Palm.

EJ is super personable and always willing to help. When Applebee’s Royal Palm was down a General Manager, EJ stepped up and assisted the Assistant General Manager in running the location. EJ took the lead of hiring, new hiring orientations and ordering.
