Jessica came to Doherty seeking to enhance her career into more of a people focused role, and she has hit the ground running. She excels at tracking, organizing, and prioritizing, and is an extremely quick learner producing work efficiently, and accurately. She is a hard worker and quickly mastered the HR coordinator role and became an asset to our team. With that, we have promoted her to the HR Generalist role to assist with higher level compliance matters, strategic initiatives, and Culture Club. There is no doubt she will excel in her role.
