Matt started with us back in October in 2018. He has worked in many restaurants over the last 3 plus years and has proven to be a great leader. Matt has a can do attitude and will help wherever he is needed. He engages with his staff and always puts in 110% effort every shift. Matt has shown to be a great motivator and when given a goal he attacks it as well as champions his team to rally to hit or exceed the target. Matt is very engaging in the dining room and laser focused on WOW service with every guest. He truly makes connections with all guests as well as building strong relationships with his team. He has excellent awareness of all specs and standards as well as being a go to manager for others to support.
