Youth Connection

Youth Connection

We like to show our appreciation to those who are dedicated to teaching, inspiring, and leading our youth. Whether you’re a teacher, librarian, scout leader, etc. this is for you! We are always trying to find new ways to give children an incentive to go the ‘extra mile’, to help another classmate, to read one more book, to make the Honor Roll, or to provide you with a small reward to give them for any reason at all. We invite you to participate in one of our Youth Incentive Programs.

Restaurant Tours

Looking for a fun activity for a field trip? We welcome you and your children to visit one of our locations and have a behind the scenes tour of a restaurant. We love to teach our youth about our industry and have fun while doing it!

Panera Bread's Bakers In Training Program Request

In this fun-filled culinary experience children have the opportunity to try their hand at the craft of bread making by stretching and scoring French Baguettes, decorating their own cookie, icing a cinnamon roll with tips from our managers! While the children await for their items to bake, the manager will give them a tour of our bakery and show them our daily operations. At the end of each bakery tour, each child gets to take home the items they baked as well as a Panera Bread badge signifying their completion of the program.

Made for groups of 10-15, this is a great activity for your class, scout group or kids club to learn the art of baking.
