As our valued communities continue to feel the increased impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we feel it is important to share with you what we are doing to help keep our guests and our team members safe and healthy. Our leadership team has met, and will continue to meet, daily in an effort to proactively strategize so that we may communicate best practices for health and sanitization with our teams.

Doherty Enterprises believes that it is our role and responsibility to ensure we operate our restaurants in a way where we may maintain a healthy environment for our guests and our team members as the situation evolves.

In an effort to stay healthy, we have implemented enhanced protocols and increased the frequency with which our team is required to perform our existing strict sanitizing procedures such as deep cleaning in each of our restaurants after close and scheduling “high touch point” cleaning every hour for high traffic areas.

We have instructed all team members to remain home if they are not feeling well and are monitoring all individuals who may call out due to illness to ensure that they do not return to work until healthy. We are encouraging our team members to utilize tele-med benefits for the health and safety of our people and for health care providers.

We are encouraging our teams to make use of their Paid Time Off plans, which we have always offered to every full-time team member, and we are encouraging our team members to apply for our “WOW A Friend” foundation. This foundation was established by Doherty Enterprises over a decade ago with its mission to help assist team members during times of crisis.
