The Doherty WOW a Friend Foundation was established in 2007 to provide emergency funds to Doherty Associates during times when either the Associate or a member of their immediate family is burdened by an event outside of their control and leaves them in need of financial assistance.
Each year, Ed and Joan Doherty generously match employee contributions dollar for dollar, amplifying the impact of every donation and providing meaningful support to employees facing unexpected hardships and times of need.
